Synchroniser Blanks

FormFlo’s unique Blank Preparation process rolls a preformed blank from hot rolled or cold drawn tube with the minimum of waste material. This preform blank is then cold rolled with no further material loss, and finally the bore is turned to suit the design of the final product.

In many cases FormFlo supply the customer the part in this form, for them to finish machine. Other customers prefer FormFlo to completely finish machine the synchronizer sleeve.

Formflo has accreditation to the demanding automotive standard TS16949 as well as the environmental standard ISO14001.
